The Claim Process
How our claims process works:
- Notify us when the incident occurs.
- During the conversation, we’ll discuss the incident, we’ll take the details of the damage, loss or injury and then review your policy coverage and provide advice.
- Once we have gathered all of the necessary information we’ll lodge the claim with the insurer and request an assessor if required.
- We’ll then manage the claim by communicating with the insurer on a regular basis to ensure that it progresses—we’ll update you regularly and assist with any specific requests.
- The process is complete once the insurer provides settlement. We strive to finalise as quickly as possible with the greatest possible outcome for you.
